🏠 General Information

Q: Where is the home located?
A: Our vacation home is in Kissimmee, Florida, just 10–15 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to other top attractions like Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Q: How many guests can stay?
A: The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests (maximum 4 adults) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Q: Is this a private home or shared space?
A: This is a private home — you’ll have the entire place to yourself.

Q: Is your home family-friendly?
A: Absolutely! We welcome families and provide amenities like a high chair, and kid-friendly dishes.


🔐 Booking & Payment

Q: How can I book your home?
A: You can book directly through our website with secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards.

Q: Do you charge a security deposit?
A: Yes, we require a refundable $300 security deposit, returned within a week of your last rental day if there’s no damage.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You’ll receive a full refund if canceled more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. However, if you book within 30 days of your check-in date, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.


🕓 Check-in & Check-out

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Q: How do we check in?
A: We offer self-check-in with a smart lock. You’ll receive an access code before your arrival.

Q: Can we check in early or check out late?
A: We may be able to accommodate based on availability. Please contact us in advance — a fee may apply.


🌊 Amenities & Features

Q: Is there Wi-Fi?
A: Yes! We offer fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Yes! Our private heated pool is complimentary upon request during pool hours.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Sorry, no pets are allowed to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Exception: Service Animals. While service animals are welcome, they may not be left alone in the home at any time during the guest’s stay. This is for the safety of the animal, the property, and to ensure compliance with house policies. Guests are fully responsible for their service animal at all times and may be held liable for any damage or disturbances caused as a result of being left unattended.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: For the comfort and health of all our guests—especially families with children—smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes all forms of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and cannabis.


🚗 Parking & Transportation

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, you can park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Q: How far are you from Disney and other attractions?
A: We’re just:

  • 🏰 10–15 minutes to Disney parks

  • 🎢 25 minutes to Universal Studios

  • 🛍️ 10 minutes to shopping outlets and restaurants
