Q: Where is the home located?
A: Our vacation home is in Kissimmee, Florida, just 15 minutes from Disney World and close to other top attractions like Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
Q: How many guests can stay?
A: The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Q: Is this a private home or shared space?
A: This is a private home — you’ll have the entire place to yourself.
Q: Is your home family-friendly?
A: Absolutely! We welcome families and provide amenities like a high chair and kid-friendly dishes.
๐ Booking & Payment
Q: How can I book your home?
A:
You can book directly through our website using our secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards. We also offer a complimentary 24-hour reservation hold (upon request and confirmation), allowing you time to finalize travel arrangements such as flights or rental cars before securing your booking.
Q: Do you charge a security deposit?
A: Yes, we require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within a few days after checkout if there’s no damage.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:
- A 10% deposit is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable.
- More than 30 days before arrival:
You will receive a refund of all payments made, except the 10% deposit. - Within 30 days of arrival:
All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or changes to reservation dates. - Rebooking Exception:
If your dates are rebooked, you may receive a partial refund at our discretion, minus the 10% deposit and any applicable fees.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Q: How do we check in?
A: We offer self-check-in with a smart lock. You’ll receive an access code before your arrival.
Q: Can we check in early or check out late?
A: We may be able to accommodate based on availability. Please contact us in advance — a fee may apply.

A: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.

Q: How is the home cleaned?
A: We follow professional cleaning protocols between every stay to ensure a spotless and sanitized home.
Q: Do you have security cameras?
A: We have exterior security cameras monitoring the front porch, front yard, driveway, and side yards. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in the pool area, and no audio or video recording takes place indoors—your privacy is fully respected.
