We're excited you're considering staying at our vacation home! Before you book, please take a moment to review the information below to ensure our home is the right fit for your trip.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
💳 Reservation & Payment

- A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
- Guests who pay by Zelle receive a 3% discount.
- If you prefer a different method, please contact us - we're happy to help.
Refundable Security Deposit
- A $250 refundable security deposit is required for every reservation.
- The deposit will be charged two (2) days before arrival and refunded within three (3) days after checkout, provided no deductions are required for damage, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or violations of our policies.
Complimentary Reservation Hold
Need a little extra time before booking?
Upon request and subject to availability, we're happy to place a complimentary temporary hold on your requested dates while you finalize travel plans such as flights or rental cars.
Reservation holds are not guaranteed and do not become confirmed bookings until the required deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is straightforward:
- 20% non-refundable booking deposit required to secure your reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Refund of all amounts paid except the 20% booking deposit.
- 60 days or less before arrival: All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, early departures, shortened stays, and reservation changes.
Rebooking Exception
If we are able to rebook some or all of your canceled dates, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund or reservation credit based on the amount actually recovered from the replacement booking, less the non-refundable booking deposit and any applicable fees.
While we always try to help whenever possible, rebooking refunds are not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unexpected events such as illness, severe weather, travel delays, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
🆔 Guest Verification
For security and insurance purposes, the Primary Guest will be asked to:
- Upload a valid government-issued photo ID
- Complete and sign our Vacation Rental Agreement
- Provide the names of all adult guests and the ages of minor children. Example: John Smith, Jane Smith; Children: ages 15, 10, and 6.
Reservations are confirmed only after these requirements have been completed.
👥 Occupancy
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
The total number of persons on the Property at any time, including Guests and visitors, shall not exceed seven (7) without Owner's prior written approval.
Parties, events, weddings, and commercial activities are not permitted.
🚭 Smoking & Pets
Smoking, vaping, marijuana smoking or vaping, and the use of electronic smoking devices are prohibited inside the home.
Pets are not permitted, except for service animals required by applicable law.
🏊 Pool Information
- Private heated pool
- Heating available upon advance request at NO additional charge
- Pool temperature depends on weather conditions
- No lifeguard on duty
- Children and any person who cannot safely swim must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Routine pool maintenance may occur during your stay.
🚗 Parking
Driveway parking is available for up to two (2) passenger vehicles.
Garage parking is not available unless approved by Owner.
Please comply with all parking regulations and avoid blocking neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or emergency access areas.
📹 Security Cameras
For everyone's safety, the property has exterior security cameras covering:
- Front entrance
- Front yard
- Driveway
- Side yards
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
A separate pool-area camera is activated only during scheduled pool maintenance and remains in privacy mode at all other times.
