Welcome to our comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family villa, conveniently located near Disney World! Our home offers the perfect mix of fun Disney-themed bedrooms for kids and relaxing spaces for adults. The home can accommodate up to 7 guests and features a private pool with FREE pool heat for year-round enjoyment. Located in a quiet area away from the crowds, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while still being minutes from Disney parks and top attractions. Comfort, convenience, and magic await!

Sleeping Arrangements (3 Bedrooms)

Please note that the bunk beds and trundle are twin-size sleeping accommodations and may be most comfortable for children, teenagers, or smaller adults. Guests are encouraged to review the sleeping arrangements and determine whether they meet the needs and comfort preferences of all members of their group prior to booking.

All spaces are available for guest access, except any closets or cabinets labeled "Owner" or "Housekeeping", or those secured with a lock—please do not access these areas, as they are reserved for owner or housekeeping use only. Please note that garage parking is not available. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is available nearby.

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a fresh and welcoming experience.
Fresh sheets and towels are provided at check-in, and the washer and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay.
Mid-stay cleanings may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
